The Beltline Sheath: Built by Hand, Worn Without Thinking

The Beltline Sheath: Built by Hand, Worn Without Thinking

It Started With a Problem

I’ve carried folding knives for years. Pocket carry works, until it doesn’t. It shifts, it prints, it disappears when you need it, or it just feels like one more thing bouncing around.

I wanted something different.Something that didn’t feel like I was carrying a knife at all.So I started experimenting with leather.

Why the Beltline

The idea was simple, build something that lives on your belt, not in your pocket.

Horizontal. Low profile. Out of the way.

Once it’s on, it disappears. It doesn’t hang, it doesn’t move, it just becomes part of your setup. That’s where the name came from. It rides your beltline, quiet, consistent, always there when you need it.

It’s a different kind of carry. One you don’t think about.

The First Run

This is my first real batch of leatherwork.

And I’ll be straight about it, they’re not perfect.

The stitching isn’t machine-level clean. There are small variations from piece to piece. You can see that they’re made by hand, not stamped out in a factory.

But that’s also the point.

Every one of these was cut, stitched, and finished by me. They’re solid, functional, and built to be used, not babied.

Why I’m Releasing Them Anyway

I could’ve waited. Kept refining, chasing perfection, holding back until everything was dialed. But I’d rather put real gear in people’s hands now and get better with every version. So I’m releasing this first run of The Beltline Sheath at half price. Not because they don’t work, but because this is part of the process.

Built for the Way You Actually Carry

These are designed to fit all Grit folding knives and ride clean on a 1.25” belt.

  • No extra bulk.
  • No wasted movement.
  • No second guessing where your knife is.

Just a simple, low-profile carry that works.

A Small Thank You

If you pick up one of my folders, I’ll include a Beltline Sheath for free while this batch lasts. It’s my way of saying thanks, and getting this first run out into the world where it belongs.
