At Grit Knives, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. We understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a return or exchange is necessary. Please review our return policy below for more information:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

   - Grit Knives accepts returns for items purchased directly from our official website within  30 days from the date of purchase.

   - The item must be in its original condition and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.


2. Return Process:

   - To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team at

warranty@gritknives.com to request a Return Merchandise order  number.

   -  Ship the item back to PO Box 2533, Carmel, CA 93921 Tracking number is recommended. We can supply you with a return label, but it will be deducted from the total cost of the product.

   - The RMO number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return package.

   - Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

3. Exclusions:

   - For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or altered knives, or any product that has been customized or personalized.

   - Grit Knives reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above eligibility criteria.

4. Refunds:

   - Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

   - Approved refunds will be processed within  30 business days and will be issued using the original payment method, unless a store credit is requested.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

   - If an item is received damaged or defective, customers must notify Grit Knives within 30 days of delivery.

   - We may request photographic evidence or additional information to process the claim.

   - Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded, including return shipping costs.
