Shipping Policy

Processing Time

We usually get orders out within 1–3 business days. If it’s a drop day or things are moving fast, it might take a little longer, but we’re working on it.

Shipping Area

We only ship within the United States. No international shipping right now. Not because we don’t like other countries, just because we already have enough chaos here at home.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping applies to all orders.

Orders over $30 ship free.
Orders under $30 will have a flat shipping rate at checkout.

Basically, buy one good knife and we’ll cover shipping. Buy nothing and we’ll both sit here wondering what just happened.

Delivery Times

Once it leaves us, most packages show up in 3–7 business days. Sometimes faster, sometimes slower. Carriers are involved, so we can’t promise perfection, just movement.

Tracking

You’ll get tracking once your order ships. After that, it’s between you and the package. We just watch it travel like everyone else.

Lost, Delayed, or “It Says Delivered But It’s Not Here”

If your tracking says delivered but you can’t find it, check the usual spots first. Porch, bushes, truck seats, questionable neighbors.

If it’s still missing, reach out and we’ll help where we can, but we can’t control what happens once it leaves our hands and enters the wild.

Address Accuracy

Double check your shipping address. If you send it to the wrong place, it’s going to have an adventure without you, and we can’t guarantee a happy ending.
