Each blade is made from German 1.4116 stainless steel, a steel known for holding a strong edge while staying tough enough for real kitchen work. At 56–58 HRC, the edge stays sharp without becoming brittle.The 2.2 mm blade thickness gives the knife a solid feel and a clean slicing edge that moves through steak without tearing the meat.The handles are made from red sandalwood, which gives each knife a warm, natural grip and the kind of look that belongs on a real table, not tucked away in a drawer.
